Are you overweight? Do you want to do what is right to obtain a healthier lifestyle? Do you want to lose unwanted weight? Check the characteristics below to see if you are a good candidate for possibly succeeding at making the right choices. Using a scale of one to ten, mark the number that best applies to you. One is least likely to apply to you, whereas ten will most likely describe you. Check your grade to see if you passed. Do this self-analysis again after two months of eating sensibly.

God will walk along beside you. You are not in this walk alone. When times are hard, you feel you can’t make it, and nothing is going your way, remember that God will make a way for you. To fight being overweight, ask God for his guidance. Proverbs 3:6 states, "In all your ways, acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. "Satan will tempt you and make it difficult for you to do the right things. But God is awesome, and He will stop temptation through prayer. According to Matthew 26:41, "Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation." Invite God to dine with you and control your appetite. He has never turned down an invitation to come into anyone’s house. All you have to do is ask. Once He's in your house,have faith and go to work by utilizing the Tools for Success.
