Eatin' Skills Test

This is a non-threatening pretest to evaluate your eating skills. Are you making the right food choices? Time will tell! After taking this test, you will be able to see where you are as it relates to food. Explore each "Point of Reference" to disclose the correct answer to the question. Change non-compliant behaviors immediately and start making the right food choices, so that you can lead a healthier lifestyle to avoid becoming overweight or to lose weight. After 3 months, retest yourself to see if you are improving.
