Christ died for us; therefore, breaking the power of death for us. Romans 6:3-4 states, “Or don't you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?” We are able to control whether we will see death or whether we will live forever in Christ. For as John 8:51-52 states, “I tell you the truth, if anyone keeps my word, he will never see death.” When believers die, they are said to be “dead in Christ.” 1 Thessalonians 4:16 states,” For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.” If God hasn’t come down yet, then every person will see death unless God favors you as he favored Enoch and just takes you away. It is important that you make it your goal to please Him. Despite your status in your community or despite how much money you make, you will appear before the judgment seat of Christ and receive what is due for all the things done while in the body, whether good or bad. We hate it when we lose a loved one, but it is inevitable. Many people have different emotions and deal with death in their own way. Grieving is short-term and in time, it can be endured.
